1. Company & Products

LugenZim Tech is a legally registered business entity in the Republic of Zimbabwe, operating in accordance with the Companies and Other Business Entities Act [Chapter 24:31]. The company is wholly owned, managed, and operated by Nephi Mupombwa Moses Lurie, who serves as the principal author, publisher, and creative director. Our core business is the creation, publication, distribution, and sale of original literary works.

These include, but are not limited to: poetry collections, individual poems, spoken word audiobooks recorded and narrated by the author, eBooks delivered in PDF and EPUB formats compatible with most e-readers and mobile devices, and limited-run physical print books produced in small batches. We may also offer bundled products, signed editions, or special merchandise related to our literary works from time to time.

All literary works made available for sale on https://www.lugenzim.tech are authored by Nephi Mupombwa Moses Lurie, except in cases where a guest author, co-author, or contributor is explicitly named and credited on the specific product page. Any such collaboration will be clearly marked with the contributing author’s name and the scope of their contribution. All content displayed on this website forms part of the intellectual property of LugenZim Tech.

This includes all written poems, book excerpts, audiobook samples, product descriptions, cover art, logos, blog posts, articles, photography, website design elements, and marketing copy. This content is protected under the Copyright and Neighboring Rights Act [Chapter 26:05] of Zimbabwe and applicable international copyright treaties. The LugenZim Tech name, logo, and any associated brand marks are trademarks of the business.

No part of this website or its products may be reproduced, stored, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission, except as permitted under the limited personal-use license granted upon purchase. For the avoidance of doubt: purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights to the buyer. It only grants the rights outlined in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The literary works sold by LugenZim Tech, including poetry collections, eBooks, and audiobooks, are created to be accessible and suitable for readers and listeners of all ages. Our content does not contain adult, violent, or explicit material unless clearly labeled on the product page with a content advisory.

We believe poetry is for everyone — children, teens, adults, and elders — provided the individual is capable of reading the text or comprehending it when read aloud by another person. There is no minimum age requirement to browse this website or to read free excerpts. However, to complete a financial transaction and purchase a product, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you are under the age of 18 years, you represent that you have obtained the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian before placing an order. The parent or guardian will be held responsible for the purchase and for ensuring compliance with these Terms & Conditions. By clicking “Place Order,” “Pay Now,” or otherwise completing checkout, you warrant and confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or you have parental/guardian consent if under 18;
You are not barred from receiving products under the laws of Zimbabwe or the laws of your country of residence;
All information you provide during purchase, including name, email, and billing details, is true and accurate;
You understand that digital products require you to have a device capable of downloading and opening PDF, EPUB, or MP3 files, and LugenZim Tech is not responsible if you lack compatible technology.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe that a purchase was made by a minor without consent, with fraudulent details, or in violation of applicable law. If you are a school, library, or institution purchasing for use by minors, you accept responsibility for ensuring the material is age-appropriate for your audience.

3. Pricing & Currency

All product prices displayed on https://www.lugenzim.tech are listed and charged in USD — United States Dollar. USD is the official base currency for all transactions processed by LugenZim Tech, regardless of the customer’s country of residence or local currency.

If you require a price estimate in your local currency for budgeting purposes, you may contact us at contact.nephilurie@lugenzim.tech before purchase. Any quote we provide will be calculated using the mid-market exchange rate from a reputable source such as XE.com or OANDA at the time of your request. This quote is an estimate only and is not binding, because exchange rates are volatile and can change between the time of the quote and the time of payment. You acknowledge and agree that:

Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, mobile money provider, or money transfer agent may apply their own exchange rate, which may differ from the mid-market rate and is outside our control;
You are solely responsible for all bank fees, transfer fees, foreign transaction fees, intermediary bank charges, mobile money cash-out fees, or any other deductions imposed by third-party payment providers;
The net amount received by LugenZim Tech after all deductions must equal the full USD product price shown at checkout. If we receive less than the listed price due to fees or exchange shortfalls, we reserve the right to delay fulfillment until the balance is paid;
We do not offer refunds or credits for differences caused by exchange rate fluctuations or third-party fees.

For payments made via Mukuru, Western Union, Ria, MoneyGram, or bank wire, you must instruct the agent to send the payment as “USD” and cover all sending fees so that LugenZim Tech receives the exact USD amount. For EcoCash, Telecash, OneMoney, or InnBucks, if we agree to accept ZWG, the ZWG amount will be calculated at our internal rate on the day of payment and will be communicated to you in writing before you pay.

All prices are subject to change without notice. However, once you have completed payment for an order, the price for that specific order is locked in and will not change. We are registered with ZIMRA and all prices are compliant with Zimbabwean tax requirements.

4. Payment First Policy — No Exceptions

LugenZim Tech operates on a strict 100% payment-upfront basis for all products, without exception. No poem, eBook, audiobook, or physical book will be delivered, unlocked, shipped, or otherwise made accessible to you until we have received and confirmed full payment in the exact USD amount required.

We do not offer any form of “buy now, pay later,” layaway, installments, partial payments, credit terms, or post-delivery invoicing. We do not send full works for review, approval, or “testing” prior to payment. This policy exists to protect our original literary works from unauthorized distribution, piracy, and copyright infringement, which are significant risks for digital creators.

Free excerpts, sample stanzas, audio previews, or “look inside” features may be displayed on the website or social media for marketing purposes. These samples are provided solely to help you decide if you want to purchase. Accessing or reading a sample does not grant you any license, ownership, or rights to the complete work.

Payment is considered “confirmed” when:

Our automated payment gateway such as PayPal marks the transaction as “Completed” or “Paid”;
For manual payments like bank transfer, Mukuru, Western Union, Ria, MoneyGram, EcoCash, Telecash, OneMoney, or InnBucks, our team has verified the funds in our account and sent you a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Until you receive that confirmation, your order is not considered placed and no fulfillment will begin. If you send payment but we cannot verify it within 7 business days due to missing proof, incorrect references, or sender error, we may cancel the order. You are responsible for sending correct payment details and keeping your proof of payment.

Attempting to circumvent this policy by requesting files before payment, initiating chargebacks after delivery, or sharing payment confirmations that are fake or reversed will result in immediate account termination, denial of service, and potential legal action under Zimbabwean copyright and fraud statutes.

5. Physical Books — Confirm Before Payment

Physical print books sold by LugenZim Tech are produced in limited-run batches and are not held as mass inventory. Because of print costs, storage limitations, and the complexities of international shipping from Zimbabwe, we require mandatory pre-confirmation before you send any payment for a hard copy.

You must contact us first via WhatsApp or email at contact.nephilurie@lugenzim.tech before initiating any payment. In your message, include:

The exact title of the book you want;
The quantity;
Your full delivery address including country, city, and postal code;
Your preferred shipping method if you have one.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will:

Check physical stock levels in Mutare and with our printers;
Calculate the total cost including the book price, packaging, and international courier fees via DHL, FedEx, ZimPost, or other available carriers;
Provide you with a written quote, estimated dispatch date, and estimated delivery window in business days;
Confirm if your country has any import restrictions on books or if customs duties will apply on your side.

Only after you receive this written confirmation from us should you proceed with payment. Your quote will include the exact USD amount to send and the payment method to use. The quote is valid for 48 hours due to exchange rate and courier price changes.

If you send money for a physical book without obtaining prior written confirmation, you accept the following risks:

The book may be out of stock or out of print, and we may not be able to fulfill your order;
Shipping to your country may be unavailable, prohibited, or cost significantly more than you anticipated;
We may not be able to refund you if funds were sent via non-reversible methods like Mukuru or Western Union and we cannot source the book.

This rule exists solely to protect you from losing money and to prevent disputes. We will not be liable for payments sent in error or without confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an unconfirmed order, we will make reasonable efforts to refund you minus any bank or transfer fees we incurred, but a refund is not guaranteed.

For signed copies or bulk orders for schools/libraries, confirmation is also required and may take 3-5 business days for us to prepare a custom quote.

6. Delivery of Products

6.1 Digital Products: Upon full payment confirmation, digital products including eBooks in PDF/EPUB and audiobooks are delivered electronically. You will receive an email from contact.nephilurie@lugenzim.tech to the email address you provided at checkout. This email contains a secure download link hosted on our server or a trusted third-party service like Bookfunnel or Payhip.

Download links are single-use or time-limited and will expire 7 calendar days from the time of issue. The 7-day window starts immediately when the email is sent, not when you open it. It is your sole responsibility to download and save your files to a personal device, external hard drive, or private cloud storage such as Google Drive or Dropbox within this period.

LugenZim Tech does not provide a permanent “library” or account dashboard to re-download files indefinitely. We do not store backups for individual customers due to storage costs and data protection limits. If you fail to download within 7 days, delete the file, change devices, or experience a hard drive failure, you will be required to repurchase the product to obtain it again. As a courtesy, if you contact us within 30 days of purchase with proof of payment, we may re-issue the link once at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.

Audiobooks are delivered as MP3 files at 128kbps or higher unless the product page states a different format. eBooks are watermarked with your email address for anti-piracy purposes. This does not affect your reading experience. You are responsible for ensuring you have software like Adobe Reader, Apple Books, or an MP3 player to open the files. We cannot provide tech support for your personal devices.

If the delivery email does not arrive within 2 hours, check your spam, promotions, or junk folder. If it is not there, email us immediately with your order number and payment proof. If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will resend to the correct address once. After 48 hours, a resend is not guaranteed.

6.2 Physical Products: After your physical book order is confirmed per Section 5 and full payment is received, we will package your order within 3-5 business days. Books are packed in bubble mailers or cardboard boxes to prevent damage. We then hand the package to a third-party courier. Our primary couriers are DHL, FedEx, and ZimPost EMS, but we may use other services based on cost and availability to your country.

Once the courier scans and accepts the package, we will email you the tracking number and courier name so you can monitor delivery. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days to Southern Africa, 7-14 business days to Europe/North America, and 10-21 business days to other regions. These are estimates only. Customs clearance, public holidays, strikes, weather, or airline delays can extend these times.

Risk of loss and title for the physical book transfers to you at the moment we hand the package to the courier. This means LugenZim Tech is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the box and book before opening and email us within 48 hours. We will help you file a claim with the courier. Couriers may require this to process compensation.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by your country upon arrival. These are not included in our shipping quote and we have no control over them. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned or destroyed, you will not receive a refund.

6.3 Failed Delivery: If a physical package is returned to us because you provided an incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible address, or because you failed to pay customs duties, or because you did not collect it from the post office, you will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping. We will contact you with the new shipping quote. We will not reship until that fee is paid. If you do not respond within 30 days, the item will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

If a digital delivery email bounces back due to a typo in the email address you provided, full mailbox, or domain block, you must contact us within 48 hours of payment with proof of payment and the correct email address. We will resend the download link once at no charge. After 48 hours, or for second resend requests, we reserve the right to charge a $2 USD admin fee to cover time and system costs.

LugenZim Tech is not liable for failed delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: national postal strikes, natural disasters, acts of war, internet shutdowns, power cuts/load shedding affecting our dispatch, or courier company insolvency.

7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

LugenZim Tech is a small independent publisher. Refunds are not easy for us to process due to payment processor fees, currency conversion costs, and the instant nature of digital delivery. Where possible, we prefer to solve issues by replacing or changing the product rather than issuing cash refunds.

7.1 Digital Products: All Sales Final, But We’ll Help

All sales of eBooks, audiobooks, and other digital downloads are final and non-refundable. This is industry standard because digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded. However, if you experience any of the following within 7 days of purchase, contact us at contact.nephilurie@lugenzim.tech:

a) Corrupted or unopenable file: We will verify and re-issue a clean download link at no cost.

b) Wrong file format received: Example: you ordered EPUB but got PDF. We will send the correct format if available.

c) Accidental duplicate purchase: If you bought the same title twice by mistake, we can cancel one order and offer store credit or swap it for another title of equal or lesser value.

Direct cash refunds for digital products will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as double-billing due to a technical error on our side. Refunds are not given for “change of mind,” if you dislike the poetry style, or if you didn’t read the product description.

7.2 Physical Products: Damage or Error Only

You may request a replacement if your physical book arrives:

Severely damaged in transit — torn cover, water damage, crushed spine;
With a print defect — missing pages, upside-down pages, blank pages;
If we shipped the wrong title.

You must email clear photos of the issue and your packaging to contact.nephilurie@lugenzim.tech within 2 days of delivery. Once verified, we will either: Ship a replacement copy at our cost, or Offer you a different LugenZim Tech title of equal value if the original is out of stock.

Cash refunds for physical books are a last resort and may be reduced by the original shipping fee, because we still incur courier costs. Refunds are not given for minor wear, subjective dislike of the content, or if you changed your mind after shipping.

7.3 Cancellations

You can cancel a physical book order for a full refund only if we have not yet handed it to the courier. Email us immediately. Once shipped, Section 7.2 applies. Digital orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made because fulfillment is instant and the download link is generated automatically. Initiating a chargeback for a delivered digital product without contacting us first will be treated as fraud under Section 11.6.

7.4 Store Credit / Product Swaps

Because refunds are difficult, our preferred remedy is a product swap. If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason, contact us within 2 days. We may offer you a different eBook or audiobook of equal or lesser value from our catalog as a goodwill gesture. This is at our discretion and does not create a legal obligation.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy and agree that replacement or store credit is a reasonable remedy in most cases.

8. Intellectual Property Rights & AI Training Ban

8.1 All works sold on LugenZim Tech are protected by the Copyright and Neighboring Rights Act [Chapter 26:05] of Zimbabwe and international copyright treaties. LugenZim Tech and Nephi Mupombwa Moses Lurie retain all rights.

8.2 When you buy, you get a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read or listen for private, non-commercial use only. You do not buy the copyright.

8.3 Artificial Intelligence Ban: You are strictly forbidden from using any part of our poems, books, or audio to train, prompt, fine-tune, or develop any AI model, LLM, or machine learning dataset. This includes uploading text to ChatGPT, Claude, or other tools for analysis. If we discover this violation, we will pursue full legal remedies available under Zimbabwean and international law, including damages and injunctions. The law will be upon your shoulders.

8.4 Other prohibitions: No copying, sharing PDFs, posting full poems online, recording audiobooks, making derivative works, or using our work in schools/performances without a written license.

9. Tax Compliance

LugenZim Tech is duly registered with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority, ZIMRA. We comply with all tax obligations under Zimbabwean law. Where required, tax invoices can be issued upon request. For international customers, you are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees levied by your country.

10. User Accounts

o streamline order tracking, download management, and customer support, you may choose to create a user account on https://www.lugenzim.tech/ using a valid email address and a secure password. Creating an account is optional for one-time purchases but may be required for pre-orders, subscription products, or to access your purchase history. By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form;
Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate;
Keep your password confidential and secure, and not share your login credentials with any third party;
Accept full responsibility and liability for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. Please note:

Due to government regulations, sanctions, data protection laws, or payment processor restrictions, residents of certain countries may be prohibited from creating an account on our website. This includes, but is not limited to, jurisdictions where our hosting provider, payment gateways, or email service providers cannot legally operate. If you find that you are unable to register, complete checkout, or receive emails from us due to country-level blocks, do not attempt to circumvent these restrictions with a VPN or false information.

If you cannot create an account because of your location, it is better for you to contact us directly via WhatsApp or email at contact.nephilurie@lugenzim.tech before making any payment. We will advise you on alternative manual ordering and delivery options if legally permissible. Payments sent from restricted regions without prior approval may be delayed, returned minus fees, or forfeited if we cannot legally fulfill the order.

We reserve the right to monitor accounts for suspicious activity. If we detect fraud, repeated chargebacks, sharing of download links, scraping of content, resale of digital files, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of past purchases.

We also reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders from any person or entity, for any reason permitted by Zimbabwean law and international commerce regulations. If your account is terminated for a terms violation, you are prohibited from creating a new account without our written permission.

LugenZim Tech will never ask for your password via email or WhatsApp. You are responsible for logging out from shared or public computers and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

11. Prohibited Conduct

When accessing or using https://www.lugenzim.tech, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of pending orders without refund, a permanent ban from the site, and legal action where applicable.

11.1 Illegal Activity

You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful under Zimbabwean law or the laws of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism, distribution of illegal material, or violation of export controls and sanctions.

11.2 Intellectual Property Infringement

You will not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, translate, transmit, distribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any poetry, eBook, audiobook, cover art, website text, logos, or other content from LugenZim Tech except as expressly permitted in Section 9.

This includes sharing purchased files on torrent sites, WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, Facebook, or any file-sharing platform. You will not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or digital rights metadata embedded in our files.

11.3 System Integrity & Security

You will not upload, transmit, or introduce any viruses, worms, trojan horses, time bombs, cancelbots, malware, spyware, or any other computer code designed to damage, interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, user accounts, or any portion of the site not intended for public access. This includes probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the site or breaching authentication measures.

11.4 Scraping, Bots & Automated Access

You will not use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access the site for any purpose without our express written permission. This includes bots that scrape prices, product descriptions, stanza samples, or customer reviews. Automated purchasing or cart manipulation is prohibited. The only exception is standard search engine indexing by services like Google or Bing.

11.5 Impersonation & Misrepresentation

You will not impersonate LugenZim Tech, Nephi Mupombwa Moses Lurie, any employee, or any other person or entity. You will not falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. You will not create fake accounts, use disposable emails to circumvent bans, or provide false information during checkout to avoid taxes or duties.

11.6 Payment Abuse & Chargebacks

You will not initiate a payment dispute, claim, or chargeback with your bank, PayPal, Paynow, or credit card issuer without first contacting us at contact.nephilurie@lugenzim.tech or WhatsApp to attempt a good-faith resolution as outlined in Section 15. Filing a chargeback while still in possession of a delivered digital file or physical book constitutes fraud.

Chargeback fraud, also called “friendly fraud,” will be reported to our payment processors, the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Financial Intelligence Unit, and relevant cybercrime authorities where applicable.

You will be liable for all costs we incur in disputing fraudulent chargebacks, including a $25 USD admin fee per incident, legal fees, and debt collection costs. You will be permanently banned and your email, IP address, and delivery details will be added to our fraud blacklist.

11.7 Harassment & Abuse

You will not use contact forms, email, or WhatsApp to harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or intimidate LugenZim Tech, its owner, or other customers. Abusive language, hate speech, or threats will result in immediate termination of communication and services.

11.8 Circumvention

You will not attempt to circumvent any security, access control, or copy-protection technology we use, including but not limited to: trying to download a file multiple times from a single-use link, stripping watermarks, or cracking password-protected PDFs.

LugenZim Tech reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Section 11 and to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities. We may disclose any information we have about you to such authorities if we believe it is necessary to investigate or prevent illegal conduct.

12. Cookies & Privacy

LugenZim Tech uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate, secure, and improve https://www.lugenzim.tech. A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit. By continuing to browse or use our site, you consent to the use of cookies as described in this section and in our full Privacy Policy.

12.1 Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies: These are strictly necessary for the website to function. They enable core features such as adding items to your cart, keeping you logged in during checkout, processing payments securely, remembering your currency preference, and preventing fraudulent activity. The website cannot operate without these cookies, and they cannot be disabled through our system. If you block them in your browser, parts of the site will not work and you will not be able to complete a purchase.
Performance & Analytics Cookies: We may use third-party services like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tools to collect anonymous information about how visitors use the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use advertising cookies that track you across other websites to serve targeted ads. We do not collect sensitive personal information like race, religion, health, or political views.

12.3 Your Choices

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse optional cookies, delete existing cookies, or alert you when cookies are being sent. 12.4 Data We Collect

When you purchase, we collect your name, email, billing address, and payment confirmation. For digital delivery, we log your IP address and download timestamp to prevent piracy and comply with copyright law. For physical books, we share your name, address, and phone number with the courier solely for delivery.

All data is stored securely and accessed only by Nephi Mupombwa Moses Lurie and trusted contractors who sign confidentiality agreements. We comply with Zimbabwe’s data protection principles and will not retain your data longer than necessary for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Typically, order records are kept for 7 years as required by ZIMRA.

12.5 Third Parties

Our payment processors like PayPal, Paynow, or banks have their own privacy policies. When you pay, you are also subject to their terms. We do not see or store your full card details.

If there is any conflict between this Section 12 and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy takes precedence on privacy matters. If you are in the EU, UK, or other regions with GDPR-type laws, you may have additional rights. Contact us at contact.nephilurie@lugenzim.tech to exercise them.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Zimbabwe, including the Consumer Protection Act [Chapter 14:44] and applicable common law, LugenZim Tech and its owner, Nephi Mupombwa Moses Lurie, along with any employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates, shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the website https://www.lugenzim.tech or any products purchased from it.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or loss of anticipated savings;
Lost, corrupted, or deleted data, files, or content, including failure to download or back up your purchased eBooks or audiobooks within the 7-day window;

You must send a written notice describing the nature and basis of the dispute to contact.nephilurie@lugenzim.tech or via WhatsApp with the subject line “Dispute Notice”. You must include your full name, order number, proof of payment, and a clear explanation of the issue and your proposed resolution.

Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of at least 14 calendar days from the date your notice is received. This negotiation period is a condition precedent to commencing any litigation. During this time, we may request additional information, offer a replacement file, partial refund, or other remedy. You agree to participate in these discussions honestly.

15.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction & Venue

If the dispute cannot be resolved within the 14-day negotiation period, you and LugenZim Tech agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any product purchase shall be the Magistrates Court for the Province of Harare or the High Court of Zimbabwe sitting at Harare, as determined by the monetary value of the claim.

You hereby expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or claims of inconvenient forum. You agree not to commence or prosecute any action connected with this agreement in any court other than those in Harare, Zimbabwe.

15.3 International Customers

If you are accessing the site or purchasing from outside Zimbabwe, you agree that Zimbabwean law governs all transactions and that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws in your country. Nothing in this Section 15 limits our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of our intellectual property rights.
